Interested in programs that will enhance your performance on and off the field?

The Athletic Zone provides the most elite  performance training programs in Wendell. From our Sport Instruction Program to the Sport Performance Strength & Conditioning program, we take athletes to the next level.

Below is the list of our current programs:

Softball and Baseball Instruction
One of our most popular programs, The Athletic Zone provides top quality softball and baseball instruction. Focusing on engraving the  fundamentals through proper movement mechanics, we are able to help our young athletes reach their maximum potential. 

TAZ offers private and/or small group instruction for pitching, hitting, and fielding. Below is information on each instruction session:

  • Hitting Instruction
    Private and/or Group instruction for 30 or 60 minute sessions.
    *No more than 4 athletes in a group

  • Pitching Instruction
    Private and/or Group instruction for 30 or 60 minute sessions.
    *No more than 4 athletes in a group

  • Fielding Instruction
    Private and/or Group instruction for 30 or 60 minute sessions.
    *No more than 4 athletes in a group

Sport Performance S&C
Our Sport Performance Strength & Conditioning program is designed to take our young athletes to the next level. Through private and/or small group sessions, athletes undergo age appropriate strength and conditioning training to maximize their performance on the playing field and reduce the risk of injury. This program is developed to help our athletes become stronger, faster, and more powerful, giving them the competitive edge to excel over their competition. Our Sport Performance S&C program is offered for athletes ages 12 and up.

Youth Athletic Development (YAD)
Our goal for the Youth Athletic Development (YAD) program is to introduce fitness to children at a young age by creating a fun and engaging atmosphere.  Focusing on proper movement mechanics, this program incorporates gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to maximize physical skills during their peak years of development.  By producing a fun fitness environment children develop a lifelong passion for health and fitness while broadening their athletic foundation.  The Youth Athletic Development (YAD) program is offered for ages 7 to 12.
