Vardy HPC Welcomes Dr. Sara Howell!

Dr. Howell was born and raised in El Paso, TX.  Growing up she participated in many athletic sports, with her strengths being Volleyball and Basketball, which allowed her to appreciate the beauty of the human body.  Dr. Howell attended the University of North Texas where she received a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Biology with Honors and a double minor in Chemistry and Spanish.

After graduating UNT in 2015, she decided to get involved in patient rehab where she became a physical therapy technician and then a chiropractic assistant after that.  She continued to pursue her education to become a Doctor of Chiropractic at Parker University in 2019, where she also obtained a Masters in Functional Nutrition.  

While attending Parker University, Dr. Howell gained extensive training and knowledge of various chiropractic techniques.  She is excited to serve the Raleigh community, as well as inspire health and wellness.

In her spare time, she enjoys breaking a sweat in the gym and playing recreational volleyball and basketball.  On a quiet day, she enjoys watching reruns of “Grey’s Anatomy” and diving into a good book.  Lastly, she loves doggie play dates with her German Shepard, Sam.
